Daisy does not support vector-based Smart Objects. If you copy and paste a vector object from Illustrator, and select the "Convert To Smart Object" option, Daisy will not recognize that Smart Object layer. You must rasterize the layer, then Re-Convert it to a Smart Object Layer if you need to replace it. Otherwise, just rasterize it down. It will make for a smaller, faster .PSD anyways.
