You use Campaign Monitor for your email marketing, and want to create a unique image
for each user on your Campaign Monitor list. Before you start, you need to
Upload your Photoshop® file into the Daisy platform. Then you'll need
your appid and two items from Campaign Monitor: Your Campaign Monitor
Account API Key, and your Client API key.
